Capcay. Cap cai, sometimes spelled cap cay, (Chinese: 雜菜; pinyin: zácài; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: cha̍p-chhài; lit.: 'mixed vegetables') is the Hokkien-derived term for a popular Chinese Indonesian stir-fried vegetable dish that originates from Fujian cuisine. Various vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, Napa cabbage, carrot, baby corn, mushrooms, and leeks are chopped and stir. Dalam dialek Hokkian secara harfiah berarti 'aneka ragam sayur, namun bisa juga berarti sepuluh sayur karena cap artinya 'sepuluh' sedangkan cai berarti 'sayur'. - Prepare 200 gr of udang,,bersihkan,,sisakan ekornya sedikit.

- It's 5 of lembarJamur kuping.
- Prepare 10 bj of Jamur kancing,iris.
- You need 5 lbr of sawi putih, iris.

- Prepare 3 siung of bawang merah.
- It's 4 siung of bawang putih.
- It's 1/2 butir of tomat, iris.
- Prepare 1 sdt of lada bubuk.
- You need 1 sdt of kaldu jamur.
- Prepare Secukupnya of garam,, gula pasir.
- Prepare 1 sdm of saos tiram.
This vegetables menu is simple yet very delicious. - Rebus sebentar brokoli di air mendidih yg telah diberi garam, biar berwarna hijau.Tumis bawang merah bawang putih hingga wangi masukan udang, tumis hingga berubah warna.
- Masukan wortel, dan jagung putren,beri sedikit air,,setelah wortel setengah matang,,masukan sawi, jamur,,beri bumbu dan saos tiram,,terakhir masukan brokoli,,test rasa, biarkan air menyusut. Sajikan selagi panas.
